1. Introduction and Definitions

3. Age Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on ba98: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

• When making a deposit, you must use your own registered mobile number or account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New members on ba98 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may not claim each promotion more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on the ba98 platform.
• The maximum bet amount may be limited before the wagering requirement is met.
• After receiving a bonus, it must be used within a specified time limit, otherwise it will expire.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

ba98's VIP program has four tiers. You can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP cashback is automatically added to the account every week. Separate terms apply for withdrawing cashback.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

By placing a bet or playing a game on the ba98 platform, the user agrees to these terms. Every bet is final and cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or clear pricing error is proven.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is settled, the result is verified from official sources.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be refunded, unless the rules for that specific sport state otherwise.
• For live betting, the result will be determined based on events that occur after the bet is accepted.
• Specific rules apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket tournaments.

6.3 Casino Games

8.2 Closure by the User
